At RLJ of South Florida, Inc. – BIM Works! We offer outsourcing solutions such as BIM design assistance consulting as well as CAD design and production services to professionally licensed Designers of Record, contractors, manufacturers, facilities managers and developers on a Project Manager centered project delivery system. We access the latest building information modeling technologies such as Revit BIM software to develop; in close collaboration with the professionally licensed Designer of Record, real-time, 3 dimensional (3D) digital representations of the physical aspects of a facility, its systems and components as well as 2D AutoCAD drawings extracted from the 3D BIM model that has been developed in close collaboration with the professionally licensed Designers of Record.

RLJ of South Florida, Inc. collaborates with Design / Build proposal pursuit teams to produce and deliver the Building Information Modeling (BIM) and CAD Technical Design Proposal exhibits that are developed in close collaboration and under the design control of professionally licensed Designers of Record. Typically; in close collaboration with and per the design data developed and provided to us by professionally licensed Designers of Record, we can produce Color Rendering(s), Site Plan(s), Floor Plan(s), Elevations, Building Sections, Typical Wall Sections, Large Scale Details, Floor Area and Space Tabulations, Schedule of Materials, Color Boards, List of Betterments and other technical exhibits that are responsive to the specifications of the RFP and upon which the D/B pursuit firm and General Contractor may base their Fee Proposal.

When RLJ of South Florida, Inc. is requested to provide technical production support and consulting services to a D/B Pursuit Team, based on a Scope of Work that has been developed and provided to us by the professionally licensed Designers of Record, the RLJ Project Manager will develop and submit a Fee Proposal for technical production services as follows:

Tier One Fee: For BIM / CAD services associated with production of the Technical Design Proposal package; in close collaboration with professionally licensed Designers of Record, as required per the solicitation’s specifications for pre-award / RFP response.
Tier Two Fee: For post-award BIM / CAD services; in close collaboration with professionally licensed Designers of Record, to develop the BIM models and CAD drafting drawings responsive to the Award, Project Schedule and Phasing requirements as well As-Built BIM model and CAD drafting services during the Post-design Phase of the project.
Post Award Fee Payment Arrangements: On a case-by-case basis, RLJ of South Florida, Inc. will consider teaming offers from well qualified firms to pursue federal work at-risk with incentives.
